This November, My Father's Table will again be joining with Moore Wollombi Garlic to celebrate their 2014 garlic harvest by running a garlicky cooking workshop and luncheon, featuring freshly harvested local vine leaves from the Noyce Brothers Old Byora Verdelho vineyard and Moore Wollombi Garlic of course! In true paddock-to-plate style, we will be visiting the Noyce Brothers Old Byora Verdelho vineyard to hand-pick our vine leaves, before visiting Moore Wollombi Garlic to harvest fragrant bulbs of garlic to use in our workshop - making a take-home dinner of delicious Lebanese Warak Enab (commonly known as Dolmades). A light luncheon will be provided.

Passata is made by squeezing tomatoes, removing their seeds and skins, and bottling. It's a fun workshop filled with much music, love and laughter. Learn some new skills and set yourself up for winter soups, casseroles and curries all made with your very own hand-made bottled tomato passata sauce. Heaven!
